VISA MC SURCHARGE
Starting January 1st 2024 all orders over $250.00 using VISA or MC or any credit card will be subject to a 3.5% surcharge on the total of the invoice. if paid by cash or check, no 3.5% surcharge will be added. The burden of the cost has become to hard on the shop to absorb.
SHIPPING:
All parts shipped with in the USA will be done by UPS. Some smaller parts shipped with in the USA will be done by USPS. All parts shipped outside of the USA will be done by DHL and DHL only, all duties and or taxes from your country is your responsibility to pay. Parts that are in stock, will ship out with in 24-72 hours. Special orders and out of stock orders can take longer.
When ordering online, the shipping charges will not be shown or totaled until the order is processed and ready to ship. You must open and check your order with in 14 days of delivery to ensure parts are correct and free of any shipping damage or errors.
Most parts ship with 24-72 hours depending on stock or delays.
CORE CHARGES:
Some parts have a core charge added to the part and is refundable if returned, and the part returned must be rebuildable, if the part is not rebuildable or of the part is not the correct core return, no refund will be given. The cost of the shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you want CRT to send a return label for core returns, we can do that at a extra cost. Core refunds are done by check issued to the customer. IF YOU DO NOT PUT YOUR NAME INSIDE THE BOX OR ON THE RETURN LABEL, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND!

If you place an order, on line or over the phone, and we run your credit card through, and you decide, to cancel the order, you will be charged 3.5% for what it cost us to charge out the total and another 3.5% to return the amount to you.
Return Policy
New Unused Product Returns:
New merchandise may be exchanged or returned for refund with your original packing slip subject to the conditions listed below.
CRT Transmissions Inc. Reserves the right to decline any returns or exchange where the product is not in “like-new” condition. “Like-new” means the complete product in the original undamaged carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. Installed parts can NOT be returned.
Returns / exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, which is valid for 5 days. To obtain an RMA Number, call our Customer Service Department at 219-374-0100 and ask for John.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or return of new merchandise are non-refundable. Items returned for a refund will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Product Returns:
CRT Transmissions Inc. will cover the shipping costs for the handling of returned product that was incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective.
If you were sent an incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective product, please contact Customer Service at 219-374-0100 or email CopeRacingTrans@aol.com and request a UPS or USPS pick-up or return label for the return of the product.
What to Expect:
Upon arrival of the returned product to CRT Transmissions Inc. and CRT determination that the returned product is new and unused, incorrect, damaged or defective, CRT will issue a refund back to the credit card used on the original transaction or a check will be sent. If CRT determines that the returned product was used, correctly shipped, undamaged or not defective, CRT will return the product to you, freight collect, and will not issue a refund to your credit card.
